Database question

Well, I was planning to become a Database Crew, but I have no idea how it works when you become a Database Crew.

For example, is it easy to order all characters by name in the Database? I was planning to do that, but I don't know how it works. Also, how can you update characters, put images (and its format) and other things? If somebody could give me an accurate explanation, it will help me to consider if I want to become a Database Crew or not.

Alphabetical order will become a feature soon. They just added profile pics with commenting and a rating system. I decided not to implement the rating system because people abused that the last time we had it and gave everyone 1 star ratings

Like Zeroz said though if you want to be on the db crew let me know.
